The Wildcats had their final regular season home game, celebrated seniors and family.

The Mulvane High School women's soccer team hosted Rose Hill this past Tuesday and traveled to Buhler on Friday. The Cats celebrated senior night on Tuesday and recognized seniors Ashlyn Alumbaugh, Teagan Garrison, Madison Shaw, Elizabeth Blankenship, Nora Garaikoetxea, and Romy Stemmer.

The Wildcats fell behind the Rose Hill Rockets in the first half 1-3. The Wildcat's goal was from Jade Smallwood with a beautiful shot from about 30 yards out. The second half was a defensive battle between both teams with the Cats falling 1-3 after the final buzzer. Madison Shaw guarded the Wildcat's net and finished the game with 10 saves with 13 shots on goal. The JV girls fell to Rose Hill 0-6.

The girls made the long trip to Buhler on Friday and the Crusaders were able to sneak a couple of goals in on the Cats in the first half. The teams were both scoreless in the second half with a final score of 0-2. Madison Shaw guarded the Wildcat's net and finished the game with 10 saves with 12 shots on goal. The JV girls also fell to Buhler 0-2.

The varsity girls are sitting at 4-7 on the year and the JV girls are at 0-11-2 on the year. The Wildcats will participate in the Wichita North tournament next week with their first game on Monday against Wichita Heights.
