The Mulvane Middle School Track & Field team hosted their one home track meet on Thursday, April 25th, and the Wildcats finished with 5 first-place finishes, 6 second-place finishes, and 7 third-place finishes. Tavion Richardson grabbed the gold in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.48. Kaitlyn Paul finished on top in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:47.38. Kaitlyn Paul grabbed the gold in the 3200-meter run with a time of 13:06.60. Haylynn Jones finished in 1st place in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 16.64. Haylynn Jones grabbed the gold in the 200-meter hurdles with a time of 30.98.
Robbie Rico finished in 2nd place in the 3200-meter run with a time of 11:18.10. Tavion Richardson finished in 2nd place in the 200-meter hurdles with a time of 28.63. Izayah Dedeaux, Kyler Dieker, Tavion Richardson, and Keaton Grizzle finished in 2nd place in the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:49.79. Peyton Fenn grabbed the silver in the discus with a distance of 102-1. Brittani Peschel grabbed the silver in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:05.14. Haylynn Jones, Peyton Bartel, Emily Franklin, and Brittani Peschel finished in 2nd place in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:38.54.
Kyler Dieker grabbed the bronze in the discus with a distance of 101-1. Peyton Fenn grabbed the bronze in the shot put with a distance of 33-5. Kaitlyn Paul grabbed the bronze in the 200-meter hurdles with a time of 34.66. Gracie Warner, Maddy Murray, Addyson Clinesmith, and Keileigh Burke finished in 3rd place in the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 1:00.14. Brittani Peschel, Addyson Clinesmith, Emily Franklin, and Peyton Bartel finished in 3rd place in the 1600-meter medley with a time of 5:17.78. Rori Turner grabbed the bronze in the 200-meter hurdles with a time of 35.11. Rori Turner, Claire Ramos, Aubree Jantz, and Sophia Comer finished in 3rd place in the 800-meter medley with a time of 2:22.69.
