Six Wildcats earn more post season honors for the 2022 girls soccer season.

The state-wide and regional soccer awards have been announced and the Wildcats have 6 players earn additional awards from the 2022 season.

Junior Karlie Kanaga earned 4-1A All-State 1st Team from the Kansas High School Coaches Association (KHSSCA) as a forward. Karlie also earned All-Metro 1st Team from the Wichita Eagle which recognizes the best players in the Wichita area. Karlie ended the season with 37 goals, 17 assists, 91 points, and averaged 5.1 points per game, and made her mark on the school record boards for goals in a season and assists in game this year.

Senior Emma Kolbe earned 4-1A All-State 1st Team from the Kansas High School Coaches Association (KHSSCA) as a midfielder. Emma also earned All-Metro 2nd Team from the Wichita Eagle which recognizes the best players in the Wichita area. Emma ended the season with 30 goals, 19 assists, 79 points, and 4.4 points per game, and re-wrote the record boards during her career with goals and assists. 

Junior Rylie Schiffelbein earned 4-1A All-State 2nd Team from the Kansas High School Coaches Association (KHSSCA) as a goalkeeper. Rylie also earned All-Metro 3rd Team from the Wichita Eagle which recognizes the best players in the Wichita area. Schiffelbein finished the season with 130 saves, 87.0% save percentage, 19 goals against, and averaged 1.1 goals against per game. Rylie is a fearless goalkeeper and has been the nucleus of the Mulvane defense for 2 years.

Sophomore Teagan Garrison earned 4-1A All-State 2nd Team from the Kansas High School Coaches Association (KHSSCA) as a defender. Teagan was a work horse for the Cats defense, helping keep the ball away from the Mulvane goal all season. Teagan also had 1 assist this season.

Junior Emma Hoffman earned 4-1A All-State 2nd Team from the Kansas High School Coaches Association (KHSSCA) as a forward. Emma finished the season with 9 goals, 8 assists, 26 points, and 1.4 points per game. Emma has been a staple in the Mulvane offense for 2 seasons.

Freshman Jade Smallwood earned 4-1A All-State Honorable Mention from the Kansas High School Coaches Association (KHSSCA) as a midfielder. Jade finished the season with 4 goals, 2 assists, 10 points, and 0.6 points per game. Jade was a workhorse for the Cats in the middle of the field and had a great freshman season.
