The Mulvane girl's soccer team opened their season last week, hosting the Ark City Bulldogs on opening night on Tuesday, March 19th. The Wildcats opened the scoring in the first half with 4 goals and finished with 2 goals in the second half for the 6-0 win. The Wildcats were led by Jade Smallwood who finished with 3 goals. Teagan Garrison, Romy Stemmer, and Nora Garaikoetxea all finished with 1 goal each for the Wildcats. Teagan Garrison and Kierra Cain each had 1 assist on the night. Madison Shaw guarded the Wildcats net and finished the game with 3 saves with 3 shots on goal.
The JV girls finished with a 1-1 tie with Mallory Ramos with the goal for the Wildcats.

The girls traveled to Augusta on Thursday for a matchup against the Orioles. The Wildcats fell behind in the first half 0-1 and got on the board in the second half with a goal from Kierra Cain, assisted by Jade Smallwood, but the Cats fell with a final score of 1-3. Madison Shaw guarded the Wildcats net and finished the game with 14 saves with 17 shots on goal.
The JV girls fell to the Orioles with a final score of 0-3.
