The Mulvane Track team participated in two meets last week at Andover and Clearwater. The Wildcat girls finished in 6th place and boys in 9th place at the Andover meet, among several larger schools. The Wildcats had two medalists in the meet. Senior Addy Whisler finished in 3rd place in the high jump with a height of 5 feet. Senior Amber Hansen finished in 2nd place in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:04.55.

The Cats participated in the Clearwater Invite last Friday and the girls team finished in 8th place with 25.5 points and the boys team in 10th place with 22 points. The Wildcats had one first place finish in the meet with senior Chase Nash getting the gold in discus with a toss of 148 feet 8 inches. Addy Whisler finished in 3rd place in the high jump with a height of 5 feet 2 inches and Amber Hansen grabbed 2nd place in the 400 with a time of 1:03.57.
