The Mulvane men's varsity wrestling team traveled to Garden Plain on Friday, January 28th for the 1st Annual Bill Brown Invitational, and the Cats came home with the Gold with 166 points, topping the 12 teams in the tournament. Mulvane had four 1st place finishes in the tournament, two 2nd place finishes, and two 3rd place finishes. Kaydon Moffett grabbed the gold in the 113 lb weight class, Hunter Dietrich finished on top in the 138 lb weight class, Trent Moses took 1st in the 145 lb weight class, and Andy Huynh grabbed gold in the 170 lb weight class.

Ethan Irvine finished in 2nd place in the 182 lb weight class, Christopher Dietrich grabbed the silver in the 220 lb weight class, Koehn Dietrich finished in 3rd place in the 106 lb weight class, and Austin Vanderhoof grabbed the bronze in the 220 lb weight class.
