The varsity boys finished the season with a 15-5 record and 6-3 in league play. The Cats started the season going 11-0 which was the best start since the 1954-55 season. The 15-5 record is the best record since the 1986-87 season when the Cats finished 20-6. The Cats were led by senior Trey Abasolo who finished with 407 points and 148 rebounds. Junior Ian Comer led the Wildcats in rebounds with 159 and finished with 220 points. The Wildcats will certainly miss the seniors next year but will have a solid core of returners with Ian Comer, Landon Coe (183 pts, 87 reb), Mason Ellis (162 pts, 68 reb), Kaiden Abasolo (124 pts, 28 reb), and Jordan Coe (22 pts, 24 reb).

"This team came to play for the right reasons every day," said Coach Abasolo. "They practiced the right way and they played the right way. Trey’s leadership made our jobs coaching so much easier and the other players following inline made leading easier too. This group just had great chemistry and they trusted each other. That trust in each other is invaluable."

"If we could bottle up everything about this team and use it every year, that would be ideal," said Coach Abasolo.
