The Mulvane JV Boys and Varsity Girls traveled to Wellington last Saturday, January 23rd for a 20 team tournament. The JV boys and girls combined team score of 158 was good enough for second place out of the 20 teams, just behind Newtons 173.5 points. 

Jackson Shields (Jr.) placed 1st in the 152B lb bracket with three wins by fall and one win by decision. Kammie Schanz (So.) placed 1st in the girl's 138lb bracket with all four wins by fall.

Caleb Perkins (Sr.) placed 2nd in the 138B lb bracket with two wins by fall. Will Perkins (Fr.) placed 2nd in the 106 lb bracket with one win by fall and two wins by decision. Delaney Hamm placed 2nd in the girl's 126 lb bracket with one win by decision.

Mason Cooper (Jr.) placed 3rd in the 145B lb bracket with one win by fall and one win by decision. Kasey Dillon (Fr.) placed 3rd in the girl's 132 lb bracket with two wins by fall. Jericka Stiles (So.) placed 3rd in the girl's 143 lb bracket with two wins by fall. Katelyn Wyant (Fr.) placed 3rd in the girl's 155 lb bracket with one win by fall.
