A very busy week for the Mulvane men's wrestling team as they had a double dual at Chaparral on Tuesday, a home dual versus Circle on Thursday, and traveled to Garden Plain on Friday for the Bill Brown Invitational.

The Wildcats had a great tournament in Garden Plain and took 1st place with 154.5 points out of 12 teams and had 10 wrestlers reach the podium. Junior Koehn Dietrich took 1st place in the 113 lb weight class with four wins by fall. Brett Egan finished in 2nd place in the 150 lb weight class. Noah West finished in 2nd place in the 190 lb weight class.

The Cats had five wrestlers finish in 3rd place, Quincy Walker in the 120 lb weight class, Kyson Shultz in the 132 lb weight class, Gaelin Mason-Schmidt in the 175 lb weight class, Hunter Vanderhoof in the 190 lb weight class, and KJ Schanz in the 285 lb weight class. Aidan Branine and Alex Mbisso both finished in 4th place in the 157 and 165 lb weight classes respectively.
