The Mulvane Middle School wrestling team traveled to Wellington for a double dual against Wellington and Haysville on Tuesday, November 11th. 

The Wildcats won 7 matches against Wellington but lost with a final score of 40-66. Frank Carson, Jaxon Avila, Fenton Smith, and Keaton Grizzle all won their match by fall.

The Wildcats won 11 matches against Haysville and won with a final score of 59-30. Ben Holle, Frank Carson, Jaxon Avila, Damen Blackburn, Fenton Smith, Tavion Richardson, and Connor Chavez all won their match by fall.

The Mulvane Middle School Wrestling Team traveled to Haysville West for a tournament last Saturday and the Wildcats came home with a 3rd place finish with 132.5 points. The Wildcats had five 1st-place finishes in the tournament. Tavion Richardson grabbed first place in the 134 lb class, Gibson Schmidt finished in first in the 141 lb class, Keaton Grizzle grabbed the gold in the 148 lb class, Archer Webb finished in first in the 165 lb class, and Daniel Morris finished on top in the 180 lb class.
