The last game of the tournament for the Cats was against a really good Augusta team. "Kyson Schultz, Colten Fleming, Cooper Slayton, Cole Zimmerman, and Kyler Smith did a good job of adjusting their pushing our line up the field as quickly as they could," said Coach Myers. "Gavin Young had 13 saves on the day-most of them were amazing to witness. Really proud of how all the guys finished the last 60 minutes of the game-especially after the rough start."

"We definitely took some lumps but I think we learned from them and that’s what playing tough teams is all about," said Coach Myers. "This is good because we’ve just begun the "gauntlet" of our schedule - matching up with top teams consecutively for the next few weeks."

The Wildcats will face Rose Hill on the road on Tuesday, September 12th.
