The Mulvane Middle School Track & Field team traveled to Clearwater for the Clearwater Invitational on Tuesday, April 18th, and the Wildcats came home with 7 first-place finishes and 4 second-place finishes.
Cole Zimmerman finished in first place in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:22.38. Ethan Hankins finished on top in the 3200-meter run with a time of 11:56.37. Cole Zimmerman grabbed the gold in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 16.88. Blake Ferraro took first place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 30.11. Blake Ferraro grabbed the gold in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:05.66. 
Kaitlyn Paul finished on top in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:50.44. Haylynn Jones finished on top in the 200-meter hurdles with a time of 33.85.
Tavion Richardson finished in 2nd place in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.00. Blake Ferraro finished in 2nd place in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.91. Haylynn Jones grabbed the silver in the long jump with a distance of 14 feet 2 inches. Keileigh Burke finished in 2nd place in the high jump with a height of 4 feet 4 inches.
