The Mulvane girls golf team turned in a 5th place finish at Winfield and Fox grabs 13th place at Wellington

The Mulvane women's golf team traveled to Wellington Golf Club for the Wellington Invitational on Monday, Sep 12th. The Wildcats only had two golfers in the tournament, juniors Payton Fox and Kaia Moore. Payton finished the round with a 49 and grabbed 13th place. Kaia finished with a round of 72 and 35th place.

 * Kaia Moore - 72 (35th place)

Wildcats: Not enough players for team score.

The women's golf team traveled to Winfield Country Club for the Winfield Invitational on Thursday, Sep 8th. The Wildcats finished in 5th place as a team with a 532 team total in the 18 hole round. The Cats were led by Payton Fox who shot a round of 117 and finished in 17th place place, followed by Brooklyn Loveless close behind with a round of 121 and 18th place. Senior Jalin Lavers got her first career round in and finished with a 146 and 29th place, and Kaia Moore finished with a 148 and 30th place. Senior Makenzie Schumacher played a round of JV scramble with a girl from Ark City and they took 2nd place with a round of 56.
