The Mulvane bowling team finished their 2021-22 season as Loveless competes at state.

The Mulvane bowling team officially wrapped up their 2021-22 season as junior Brooklyn Loveless competed at the 5-1A State tournament on Friday, March 4th, 2022. Brooklyn was the lone Wildcat to qualify for state at the regional tournament. She finished her state appearance with a 367 series (134, 104, & 129) and finished in 92nd place individually. Kaden Bennett also had the honor of throwing out a ceremonial first ball at the state tournament. He earned this honor for bowling one of the top 5 series this season for the state of Kansas. 



The men's team this year finished with a 7-2 record and had three wildcats earn all-league honors. Kaden Bennett earned 1st Team All-League, Kameron Blevins earned 1st Team All-League, and Joseph Cervantes earned 2nd Team All-League. The men's JV team finished this season with a 0-9 record.

Junior Kaden Bennett led the men's team this season with a 5990 series total and averaging 599.0 per series. Senior Jacob Napier was close behind with a 5945 series total and averaged 594.5 per series. Freshman Joseph Cervantes finished this season with a 5647 series total and 564.7 average. Kameron Blevins finished the season with a 4729 series total and 591.1 average.

The women's team this year finished with a 4-5 record and the JV girls finished with a 4-3 record. Junior Brooklyn Loveless led the women's team this season with a series total of 4473 and averaging 406.6 per series. Senior Kelsey Simonson finished the season with a 3839 series total and averaged 383.9 per series. Senior Serena Schmitz finished the season with a 3713 series total and averaged 371.3 per series. Haley Shaw in her first year of bowling finished with a 3451 series total and averaged 345.1 per series.
