The 8th-grade girls closed out their 2021-22 season in the Patriot League Championship on Monday against the #1 seed Wellington. The Cats had trouble breaking through their defense the last two meetings this season and knew they had a tough assignment on their hands. A tough second quarter found the Cats down 4-29 at halftime and the Cats fell 8-40 in the championship game, taking home 2nd place in the league tournament.
