The holiday is over and it's back to the grind for the Mulvane Middle School girls basketball who hosted the Haysville West Gorillas on Tuesday, December 1st in front of...an empty gym thanks to a KSHSAA vote to not allow spectators until January 28th, 2021.

The 8A girls faced a completely different team from last time they faced the Gorillas (the Cats won 44-6) as previously their starting 5 players were on quarantine, and the game was much different this time. Oliva Ellis and Lexi Cunningham led the Cats with 6 points each and Makenna Treat and Reece Lazier both dropped in 2 points each.
