The Kansas Softball Coaches Association and the AVCTL D3 Coaches have cast their votes and the Wildcats have one 4A All-State Honorable Mention nod and 10 girls received AVCTL D3 All-League honors.
Senior Jalin Lavers earned 4A All-State Honorable Mention for pitcher and she also earned 1st Team All-League for pitcher and 1st Team All-League for designated player. Lavers finished the season with 11 wins and 3 losses, 99.1 innings pitched, 438 batters faced, 35 earned runs, 144 strikeouts, and a 2.47 ERA. Jalin also led the team with a .415 batting average and finished with 22 hits, 13 runs scored, and 12 RBIs. Jalin will be continuing her softball career at Johnson County CC next year.
Junior Addison Mackey earned 1st Team All-League for 3rd base. Mackey finished the season with a .329 batting average, 24 hits, 24 runs scored, 20 RBIs, 17 putouts, 40 assists, and a .905 fielding average.
Junior India Downs earned 1st Team All-League for outfield. Downs finished the season with a .360 batting average, 27 hits, 23 runs scored, 23 RBIs, 11 putouts, 2 assists, and a .722 fielding average.
Sophomore Regan Witt earned 1st Team All-League for 1st base. Witt finished the season with a .373 batting average, 28 hits, 29 runs scored, 11 RBIs, 153 putouts, 2 assists, and a .963 fielding average.
Senior Emma Kendrick earned 2nd Team All-League for 2nd base. Kendrick finished the season with a .175 batting average, 11 hits, 13 runs scored, 13 RBIs, 17 putouts, 31 assists, and a .873 fielding average.
Junior Avrie Warner earned 2nd Team All-League for outfield. Warner finished the season with a .311 batting average, 19 hits, 14 runs scored, 17 RBIs, 11 putouts, 1 assist, and a .857 fielding average.
Sophomore Olivia Ellis earned 2nd Team All-League for outfield. Ellis finished the season with a .309 batting average, 21 hits, 23 runs scored, 20 RBIs, 13 putouts, 1 assist, and a .875 fielding average.
Senior Peyton Baggett All-League Honorable Mention for pitcher. Baggett finished the season with 6 wins and 3 losses, 50.0 innings pitched, 242 batters faced, 31 earned runs, 29 strikeouts, and a 4.34 ERA.
Junior Madison Phipps earned All-League Honorable Mention for catcher. Phipps finished the season with a .410 batting average, 34 hits, 26 runs scored, 21 RBIs, 178 putouts, 11 assists, and a .990 fielding average.
Sophomore Makaylen Warner earned All-League Honorable Mention for shortstop. Warner finished the season with a .247 batting average, 21 hits, 24 runs scored, 21 RBIs, 36 putouts, 43 assists, and a .832 fielding average.
