The Mulvane Freshman Volleyball team finished out their season tonight in fine fashion at El Dorado in a triangular with El Dorado and Wellington, grabbing two wins on the evening. The Cats took down the El Dorado Wildcats in two close games, 25-23 and 25-20. It only took two games to take down the Wellington Crusaders as well, these games not as close as the El Dorado games, 25-12 and 25-18
Coach Laura Canfield's team finished their season with a 14-14 record with wins over Augusta (25-18, 17-25, 15-12), McPherson (26-24, 22-25, 15-11), Rose Hill (25-12, 25-18), Conway Springs (25-22, 22-25, 15-11), Pratt (25-12, 25-13), Wellington (25-17, 25-11), Clearwater (17-25, 25-19, 15-9), Rose Hill (25-18, 22-25, 15-12), Clearwater (27-25, 25-22), El Dorado (25-12, 25-19), Collegiate (25-14, 23-25, 15-10), McPherson (25-18, 25-15), El Dorado (25-23, 25-20), and Wellington (25-12, 25-18).
