The Mulvane boys basketball hosted the Circle Thunderbirds in a non-league matchup on Tuesday, February 4th at Mulvane High School. The Cats didn't let off the gas in the 2nd half as they outscored the Birds 18-11 in the 3rd quarter and 13-5 in the 4th quarter for a 68-40 final.
Trey Abasolo continued his impressive scoring performance this season and led the Cats with 28 points. Michael Manis had a fantastic game in the paint and finished with 17 points. Ian Comer had a great game as well and finished with 10 points. Mason Ellis finished with 5 points and Gage Gerlach and Aaron Ballinger both finished with 3 points each and Luke Coffey finished with 2 points.
