The Mulvane Wrestling team kicked off the season with 4 team wins and a first place plaque at the Campus Invitational.

The Mulvane High School Wrestling team traveled to Campus last Saturday for their first tournament of the season and Coach Langerot was pleased to bring home the 1st place plaque as the Cats defeated Campus, Junction City, Wichita West, and Hays.
Four Wildcats finished in 1st place on the day, sophomore Hunter Dietrich in the 106 lb weight bracket, Chadwick Stahl in the 120 lb weight bracket, sophomore Trent Moses in the 132 lb weight bracket, and junior Hunter Scott in the 285 lb weight bracket. Seniors Jace Moberg (126), Gaige Russell (138), and Jon Meek (182) all finished in 2nd place in their weight categories. Seniors Koen Schanz (145) and Jaxen Young (195) and junior Ethan McElravy (220) all finished in 3rd place in their weight categories.
